1. Manuscript Preparation
- 📄Word Processor: Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (.pdf + .tex). Do not submit PDF-only manuscripts.
- 🔤Font & Size: Times New Roman or EB Garamond, 12pt. Double-spaced throughout. 1-inch margins on all sides.
- 📏Word Limits: Research Articles: 5,000–10,000 words (excluding references). Data Briefs: up to 3,000 words. Book Reviews: 1,000–2,500 words.
- 📝Abstract: 150–250 words. Structured (Background, Methods, Findings, Conclusions). Followed by 5–8 keywords.
- 🔁Reference Style: APA 7th Edition throughout. Use DOI links wherever available.
- 📊Tables & Figures: Numbered sequentially. Titles above tables, captions below figures. Data sources must be cited.
- 🙈Blind Review: The manuscript file must NOT contain the author's name, institution, or any identifying information. Remove author information from document metadata.
2. Ethical Requirements
- ✋Originality: The manuscript must be an original work not previously published or under simultaneous review elsewhere.
- 📋Plagiarism: All submissions are screened using iThenticate. Similarity index must be below 15% (excluding references and standard phrases).
- 🤝Authorship: All persons listed as authors must have materially contributed to the research. Ghost and gift authorship are not permitted.
- 💰Conflict of Interest: All funding sources and potential conflicts of interest must be declared in the Declaration Form.
3. Author Declaration Form
Every submission requires a completed and signed Author Declaration Form. Download, fill in all fields, obtain signatures from all co-authors and upload as a scanned PDF or signed digital document with your submission.
