Dr R K Thukral
Dr R K Thukral, Co-founder and Director of Datanet India Pvt. Ltd., is a pioneering contributor to the development of socio-economic and electoral knowledge resources in India. Over a career spanning more than four decades, he has led efforts to transform complex statistical data into accessible and meaningful knowledge platforms for researchers, governments, academia, NGOs, media and international users. Under his stewardship, Datanet India has built trusted resources such as Indiastat and related data platforms. Earlier, he co-founded the Jagran Research Centre with Dainik Jagran and authored an award-winning book. Holding a Ph.D. in Industrial Economics, he has compiled numerous publications and significantly advanced research, data dissemination and the broader ecosystem of evidence-based analysis in India.

Shafeeq Rahman, Head of Research and Processes at Datanet India, brings over two decades of experience in socio-economic analysis. He has contributed significantly to the development of thousands of statistical publications on Indiastat. Prof. Ashutosh Kumar is Professor of Political Science at Panjab University, Chandigarh, with distinguished scholarship in Indian politics and electoral studies. He served as the first Visiting Professor to the T. N. Seshan Chair at IIIDEM, Election Commission of India and has held important academic leadership positions, including Chairperson of the Department of Political Science. His published work includes major contributions on electoral dynamics and state politics in India.

Dr Bulbul Dhar James
Dr Bulbul Dhar James is Professor of Political Science at Jamia Millia Islamia and Honorary Director of the Sarojini Naidu Centre for Women’s Studies. A Fulbright Fellow and Commonwealth Scholar, she received her PhD from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Her research focuses on global political economy, governance reforms, gender and development and human rights. She has taught and lectured at several national and international academic institutions and has contributed widely to scholarship on governance, globalisation and women’s empowerment.

Prof. Dabiru Sridhar Patnaik
Prof. Dabiru Sridhar Patnaik is Professor of Law and Registrar at O. P. Jindal Global University and Executive Director of the Centre for South Asian Legal Studies at Jindal Global Law School. He holds degrees from Andhra University and Jawaharlal Nehru University and has pursued advanced studies in international law and diplomacy in Europe. His academic interests include international law, comparative public law, legal philosophy, globalisation and legal education. He has contributed significantly to the academic and institutional development of JGU.

Dr Laishram Mirana Devi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography with six years of teaching experience. She earned her Ph.D. in 2013 from Jamia Millia Islamia, focusing on Common Property Resources. Her research areas include Remote Sensing and GIS, community resources, mountain ecosystems, forest management, urban heat and map design. She has published over 22 research papers in national and international journals.

Dr Ravinder Gargesh is a distinguished linguist and former Professor in the Department of Linguistics at the University of Delhi, with more than five decades of teaching and research experience. He has also served at leading international institutions including Samarkand State University (Uzbekistan) and Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Seoul. Prof. Gargesh has authored and edited several books and scholarly publications and has contributed extensively to linguistic research and lexicography. He has supervised doctoral research and serves on the editorial boards of several international academic journals.

Prof. Rekha Saxena
Prof. Rekha Saxena is Head and Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Delhi. Her teaching and research focus on Indian and comparative politics, federalism, constitutional institutions, elections and party systems. She is widely recognised for her scholarship on federal governance and multilevel political institutions. Prof. Saxena has edited and contributed to several important academic publications on federalism and comparative politics and is associated with international research networks and policy forums on federal governance.

S D Sharma, IAS (Retd.)
S D Sharma is a former IAS officer and an expert in electoral administration, constitutional policy planning and democratic governance. He served as the State Election Commissioner of Jharkhand and Senior Fellow, ECI and held several senior positions in the Government of India and state administrations. He has contributed extensively to research and documentation initiatives of the Election Commission of India and international electoral organizations. He contributed to establishing the India A-WEB Centre and led research on global initiatives on elections under the ECI and is the Founder Editor of the A-WEB India Journal of Elections. His areas of interest include electoral integrity, voter education, comparative electoral systems and democratic participation.

Sheyphali B. Sharan, IIS (Retd.), Former Principal Director General of the Publications Division and Press Information Bureau, Government of India. S K Mendiratta
S K Mendiratta is a distinguished expert in election law and electoral administration and served as Principal Legal Advisor to the Election Commission of India. During his tenure he handled significant electoral litigation before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts and contributed to major electoral reforms and innovations. He is co-author, with V. S. Rama Devi, of the widely cited reference work How India Votes: Election Laws, Practice and Procedure. He also authored Volume 16 on Election Laws in Halsbury’s Laws of India.
